week is returning

Back by popular demand, our second Growth & Development week takes place between 7 – 11 October and will be dedicated to our Future Skills. This will be a mix of external and internal speakers, panel events and masterclasses.

Mini coaching sessions

Sign up for an onsite or virtual coaching session with one of our Institute of Customer Service
accredited Learning Specialists. This will give you a taster of our Coaching for Service Excellence session while
giving you the opportunity to be coached on any topic you choose.

Voice Of the Customer:
Elevating Our Future Of Service Together

Our customers are at the heart of what we do, and we want to make sure everyone has the chance to connect
with them to find out more about what’s important to them. This is your chance to join one of our
Customer Closeness live events and hear directly from a panel of Sky customers,
with the opportunity to ask them questions.

Our Customer Journey and Insight experts will also be running sessions to bring you closer to the data
and feedback, painting that picture of what is important to our customers.
